"The sale of the Company's Gold Interests is now a "done deal." Final and very necessary steps are being taken to expedite the completion of this transaction."

Green speaks to the "DEAL" which is complete.

Blue speaks to the "TRANSACTION" (i.e.: the paprerwork, the PR, etc.) Formalization

The deal itself is done.
