Glad to answer you on your questions. First, PinkSheets and one person in particular there controls their supervision of filings. Remember, they are not a government or regulatory agency, but have made themselves a source of current information and many of the market makers treat them as such. Normally I don’t represent Pink Sheet companies. I got into it over a couple of companies and they had issues with my attitude toward them. It came down to accounting matters that they did not agree was in GAAP format on several submissions for efuel. That was the first time I had done opinion letter for a pinky and was not sure how the process went and certainly am not a CPA. So four submissions later, after they kept rejecting the accounting (not my work on the opinion) they put me on as Dean Wormer said some sort of PinkSheet super secret probation. That was over two years ago. In between I did opinions for four other companies, no problems. Then in February I did one for another, but they were not supposed to post it (Attorneys don’t send them in, the companies do) until they posted their financials and report. I trusted the company and they posted my letter before their information. Anyway, the person at Pinksheets got an attitude, accepted the opinion and filing, but placed me on that list. It became an issue for me because quite personally, I did nothing wrong and even the CEO of the company wrote them and told them it was the companies mistake. They are now being worked with about it and the issue is not one I am concerned about. I did nothing unethical, I just did not meet their filing criteria due to that Company’s mistake.
As to eFUEL’s filing it will be done, either by me or an associate. What you have to realize Robert is that I was a former CEO of a BB before, and persons who don’t like me are out there. I accept that. I tried my best for 6 years and had 2 dud CEO’s take over and lose the direction of the company since then. My bio is attached. Attack me as they will, I am very honest. I take my role under Sarbanes seriously. I like eFUEL and the people involved. That is why they are the only Pink I keep as a client. I reject more companies than I represent.
Let me know other questions. I am always open to giving insight.

Hi Craig, Good Morning.
Thanks for all your help on the phone last week.
I need to ask you a question, And i really hope you can answer it for me. There are a few Posters that really Dislike you on I-hub. Which with your kind of job does not surprise me.
This One poster in Particular though has been bashing you since Last January. On Numerous boards he calls you out.
The one point though that caught my eye, because I think he is a Professional Paid Basher with a huge agenda on keeping the Share Price down is this. He posted a Link to Pink Sheets showing you have been Banned from doing any kind of Attorney Letters. On March 10th, 2010
Is this problem being worked on? EFLN has twice in the last month PR'ed about them hiring a Legal counsel to Prepare work to become Pink Sheet Current. Have they hired someone else because of this small problem with you and Pink Sheets.
I look forward to hearing back from you. I do not consider this to be Insider Info at all. This is just Due Diligence on my Part..
Once Again thanks for returning my call last week regarding all the stress about the R/S.
If you wanna talk just call me XXX-XXX-XXXX or Email me Back
Thanks
Sincerely,
Robert XXXXXXX
