Possibly. Or maybe the 172 was reported as 173 (just like you reported 193) and the transaction hasn't been finished. Or maybe they like to buy 172 stations at a time in the same state.

None of it has any real bearing on BBDA. I doubt any product will be in any of the stores a year from now, if not sooner.
