Most pure shooters such as Ray Allen cannot get a shot off if they have a good defender covering them, such as when Bryant covered him after the first half of his record setting game. A good scorer such as Bryant, Pierce, James can almost always create their own shot, which requires a double team which sets the other team into a chasing mode.

I can think of a list of guys better then Robinson, but most teams only have 1 such player and some teams don't even have one.
