HDTV: RESEARCH ALERT-WR Hambrecht cuts SpatiaLight to "hold"

BANGALORE, Jan 14 (Reuters) - W.R. Hambrecht & Co. on Friday downgraded SpatiaLight Inc. (HDTV.O: Quote, Profile, Research) to "hold" from "buy" citing lower-than-expected production volumes.

Shares of the high-definition television equipment maker fell 6 percent to $5.02 in early trade on the Nasdaq.
