We could all sell Monday and still be involved in the legal. This reminds me of a company I invested in several years ago. Rocky mountain energy corp. CEO was making fraudulent claims and misleading investors with bogus PRs. All was said and done CEO John N Ehrman got six months in prison and two years probation. Dude was brought up on 10 Federal offenses and 3 securities violations. 10 FEDERAL offenses were dropped as well as 2 of 3 securities violations. 1 security violation accounted for his six month prison sentence. Ehrman walked out of the court laughing. Investors got royally screwed.
If the contracts are bogus then Peck will eventually get caught up with, but he will laugh at the sentence if it makes it that far. GLA
