Texan, 10 billion increase = equity of $1,000,000.00. they most certainly have not dumped those shares on the market Float, not with the daily volume we have been seeing.
So I would say we will see what they do with that issue,if they issue shares to cancel the remanding debt which they had accounted for in their .003 caculations, to be paid prior to distributions, this could be the last step of cleaning the debt books and shares to close any remanding commitments.
So far none of these recently un registered form "D") shares have hit the market.
