Caveat Emptor " of no consequence to stockholders"
We do however wish to point out that it has been our clearly stated intention to conclude the sale of the Company's entire stockholding in both of the Gold Properties and the immediate distribution of the entire proceeds from these disposals to our stockholders. We have clearly stated that this is a "done deal" and we are very comfortable that our stockholders are completely unaffected by this development. This "Caveat Emptor" Label imposed by the Pink OTC Markets has absolutely no effect whatsoever in respect of our stated intentions which at this time, are nearing their final conclusion. After careful consideration, we regard this development as being of no consequence to our stockholders.
