Sorry, O/S is Outstanding Shares. He had to make the change as there are more shares outstanding than he can cover in his Authorized Shares.

That is why the trading id slow. No more shares left, except for the ones that are selling out. . .

How can you dilute or dump shares out when there aren't any left?
