This press release was put out by SunnComm but was in no way entirely written by them. What you saw was the watered down version after the lawyers from Universal had finished with it.

Given that, yes I still would have wanted the shareholders to know that we in fact have secured another label for another licensing agreement and although the language was a bit trite it is primarily the same context as the other agreement/s. None of these agreements guarantee the use of or the adaptation of our technology as it is completely up to the labels disgression for its use. Nothing has changed there.
