srm4u,I don't have a link handy, but what it is, is a broker record of shareholders that have their shares in street name, required to be maintained by the broker IAW with SEC/oversite requirements.

The TA should also be provided with a copy of that list, so they also have a record of broker clients names, that shares are held in street name.
