just got off the phone with CEO.........old school guy apparently......knows what he is doing......5.75 restriced 1.4 float........will remain that way for the foreseeable future....150 patents in place(could someone please verify this)....some of which will be implemented into the company at some point........he is personally financing the company....no dilutionary financing!
