That news is huge and shows that KATX is moving along just fine in the right direction. VALE, as we all know, is a multi-billion dollar mining company. I think all should go back to revisit this post below by investor0911:

For them to have any kind of a contractual agreement with a company like KATX is a huge show of confidence that they are aware of what KATX has for properties and the potential that resides within them.

Apparently, VALE believes that KATX is worth the risk or they would not have even signed such a contract. Much due diligence was done by VALE I'm sure to have gotten to this point with KATX. This news is huge. Eventually, I think the market will realize this.
