Hi Cassandra, I'm trying to read through the information regarding the spin-off of Parametric Sound. I saw that the shareholders approved it in the special meeting.

I'm trying to find a shareholder date of record for LRAD shareholders to receive the 1 share dividend of Parametric, for every 2 shares of LRAD held. Has this been declared yet? Thanks.
