This is what happens when you have a FLOAT LOCKDOWN!!
CDIV ran from where we are(.003) now to .13 then consolidated...and headed up to a high of .715.....that is about a 200 bagger.....
that is exactly what is in play here....and i believe the float may be in tighter hands here.....
