I couldn't imagine standing in front of a Judge and pleading guilty when I know one of the charges carries a jail term of 20 years. Geez I know he wont get 20, but Delaware judges9( State Superior Court) are known to go outside of what the defense and prosecution have worked out in the plea bargain.
