I agree with you so much. I don't see why shorting should be allowed after everything this country has been through over the last few years. Honestly. All it really does is provide a mechanism for fraudulant people to hurt a company, it's shareholders, the markets, and the economy. I truly wish the SEC would just ban all types of shorting.
