Monksdream, apparently members of congress are pressing BP to cancel the planned shareholder dividend. The dividend currently amounts to 10 billion and congress want's BP to set that aside for future claims against the company.

There is an enormous amount of clean up to the environment to be done by companies like FDMF and analysts say it will not BK BP.
