"Insiders might sell their shares for any number of reasons, but they buy them for only one: they think the price will rise" - Peter Lynch

Dannol – I appreciate the recap, but would prefer to see at least some level of reaching inside an officer or director’s own pocketbook to buy MCLN (Just My Opinion)(JMO). Working for stock instead of cash at exercise prices as low as the ones stated is certainly not hurting them at all. It also means that they are looking for greater returns that the current PPS and yes – I do and have taken notice of the absence of “insider” selling when MCLN was around .07 cents last November. But as you disclosed, this stock has been well above the .07-cent price in 2008 and with not a significant difference in the levels of outstanding shares.

The volume levels are not anywhere near the quantity necessary to affect a huge and sustained run-up. If investors review the late October and entire November 2009 PPS, they will discover the volumes that were involved during that period which affected the PPS increase. Additionally, everyone knows that volume can also be a negative factor on PPS, it just so happens that MCLN experienced a positive run during November 2009.

Unless the PRs are false, then we should expect to see rather large revenue numbers over 2-4 Qtrs. of this year. Out of the four named relationships in Laky’s PR, two disclosed values and each stated 1-2 Million this year and to each company, which means 2-4 Million Dollars! Of course, that amount excludes the recent ‘system contract’, which should have 80% booked in 2nd Qtr. based on their announced method of recognizing revenue earned from system contracts.

I would assume that the value of the other two would be similar and even if only half of that value, should mean that the PPS will rise to .07-.17 cents. Penny stocks are all about perceptions, until they become something more. If I were Stericycle, I might take note of the “Mighty Mouse” before it eats all of the “cheese” and becomes the “Lion”.

It would not surprise me if a buyout materializes, but then again, I thought we would have seen a price per share increase to around .03 with the recent system contract and then a slight fallback to about .025 cents per share. No matter, I’m not selling and waiting for another stock to move and then shift more money into MCLN. I do think the next three weeks or less will reveal more movement in the PPS and it will be positive.
