That's simple. The suspension was a notification to the general public that something just isn't right here. Now, the SEC can choose to take it to the next level or they can simply let the company die on the greys as you can see from todays action is what will happen if ACLH does not correct the problems and take care of business.

And, from their endless silence on this subject it would seem as if their response is to not respond at all. That begs the question.

If everything they said is legit and true why are they not repeating it?
