True. All that's been stated in the news is that Kat will decide on the record date.
That is always the case, every company decides on the record date, whether the record actually means anything as far as when you have to own to get the divvy, is another story.
That's been my whole point of even discussing this.
In this case because it is restricted stock in another company record date probably will be the important date, but it's FINRA that has the final say in that regard, not Kat or the lawyers.
