But SlyOne ... it's my understanding that the examiner is invested with certain powers that are much greater than that of a mere attorney and that one can receive a contempt citation if his lawful requests are not obeyed. Isn't that correct ... but if not then no one would ask for an examiner, because he/she really has no power.
