i think it is more the lack of explanation. prior basically said he needs more money to open more locations. well todays pr tells us he is using the money the way he said he would and previous prs stated the locations are doing well.
if dilution is used to raise money to increase the business it ends up increasing pps. yes we need audited numbers to show this. i only mention as anyone new or who hasnt followed closely may interpret this as a stock just suffering from dilution with fluff prs meant to raise the owner money.

that does not seem to be the case here. i believe it is just the method causing the price apathy, not the action. we have members who have called locations, they exist. they are being used. this is a growing business. it is growing according to plan. remember we just barely started year2 of owvi. most business plans run 3-5 years out. most are not profitable in any way the first year. some go on to become giants. anywhere in between is fine with me...
