Where is everybody claiming Shea sounded even more optimistic than normal on M-Enoxaparin
? I think rkrw is right and those Dale Carnegie courses really have given management the gift of sounding more and more optimistic when I thought it not possible.
On a more serious note there wasn't anything new that I caught. Shea's "bullish" phrasing was that in active dialog and the FDA was moving slowly to be thorough to make sure supply chain issues are adequately addressed and own internal doc's supporting review of process is complete and as supportable as it needs to be. Said believe that the FDA is firmly committed to approving the drug and is working in good faith. Continue to believe that will be approved and that approval is near term (around 9-11 min mark for those wanting to skip the rest). For Copaxone still not heard back from judge on markmen hearing hope to hear soon, if goes to trial would hope its in sept/early Q4. Don't know if this is new but said litigating 9 patents total (2 not orange book listed).
