Here's the response to my email...

Dear ICBS,

I would love to know if:

1) Will you actually close any deals that are PR'd?
2) Will you actually put any of the TOGs in use?
3) Will you actually post in Financial news as stated?
4) Will you just do an R/S to rid us investors of any profit?
Lastly, will you ever provide Pink Sheets with any information?

It would be nice to see the PPS back to where it use to be.

Dear Mr. Sheldon;
We own 25% interest in BioSpec and are negotiating for the other 75%, however our low stock price is hampering the deal. We have not closed with the Chinese distributor for BioSpec , it is in the hands of the lawyers. We have production models finished of the TOGS 3000 and 9000 and the company is expected to go into full production very soon. Financials are on their way, the Canadian C.A.'s will finish this week then it goes to the SEC approved CPA in the U.S. for the finals, . We have no plans to do any RS at this time. The only thing missing from pink sheets is the financials, our company information is posted at www.icbs.ca As for the stock price look to the MM's and the bashers on places like I Hub, if you look at the history, they take this stock down, panic all the investors who sell out , many at a loss, and then rocket the stock. As soon as we have any deals on paper we will put out a PR.
