The most recent release said:

Our primary focus is to move from the Pinksheets to a major exchange. This process is under way and will make all the difference in the world for the Company and its shareholders. This process is both time consuming and costly. We will have a major
public announcement concerning this matter in the next couple of weeks.

This was about three weeks ago on the 17th of May.
