You have completely not understood what I said.

BVIG is the shell for KAT GOLD, thats our spin off company.

It states in the PR that we are going to merge KATX UNDER KAT GOLD and that KATX would be a subsidiary of KAT Gold.

There are two ways to do this. KATX could uplist, and then KAT Gold could buy KATX, not going to happen.

Or, KAT Gold could buy a shell company, and KATX could do a reverse merger into that shell company. At which point we would be on the OTCBB and a Subsidiary of Kat Gold.

KATX can't "merge" into KAT Gold and still be a subsidiary of KAT Gold while KAT Gold is the parent company. If we merged into them, they would no longer exsit.

Bottom line, we need another shell company to do this, which is exactly what the PR states!

The goal is to later merge (PINKSHEETS: KATX) into an OTCBB entity under KAT Gold Holdings Corporation

You are simply not correctly understanding what is written in the PR.
