I can't understand why this point you make is Not obvious to many!! Segregating HC into its own entity, esp. with a strong Gold strike, is going to propel it far beyond where it could go, if it maintained a "PINK" status!!
Add to that the possibility of being Listed too on the Asian market, in addition to the OTCBB here, is without a doubt a Plus!!
I'll be Luvin my allocated shares, and will always have the opportunity to by the new Company on the open market too when it starts trading!!
btw, a Short squeeze On KATX doing the change Up would be some nice Icing on the Cake!!
