The other stuff is not speculation at all. Ken stated directly and clearly what he was planing to do and how he was going to do it. He stated that hes going to uplist KATX into another shell at some point in the future. Only way to do this is via a reverse merger. WHich is something I predicted since we found out about BVIG. That new shell that we go into will be under Kat Gold, also stated in the PR. The full company of KATX, complete with all of it's remaining properties will be moved into an OTC/BB shell at some point in the future and be part of KAT Gold.

I also would assume, since he gave KAT Gold the name of "holdings" that as properties get ready to be test drilled and JV deals get close, he might move other ones into KAT Gold to make the JV process easier.
