I was at the store yesterday actually; to have seen it in person for myself was an eye opening experience, although I already knew that it was a great location, it was better to see it in person and the size of the store was much bigger than it looked in the pictures, roughly 2000 square feet..and truly confirmed the potential of the serious revenue that store could make, and just that store alone, great walking traffic and lots of street traffic. I would encourage anyone that is around the area to check it out, it will confirm your confidence on your investment. Good to find you on the board Trend!
