I don't like defending Pedro but according to a shareholder that I know who has met with pedro at his home Pedro is very wealthy and has very good ties politically in Panama,Costa Rica and Cuba. Could the simple answer for Pedro be the guy just had bigger fish to fry then dealing with a stinky pinky. Other then being a large shareholder and CEO for a few months Pedro has not been involved with PNMS very much. IMO everything falls on MT and Theresa (99% of it). Those two were the day to day op of deception. These two were the ones cashing in and selling their shares while pumping. These two were the ones lying though their teeth everyday to support their own house payments.
