It doesn't. Based on prior experience & events of SSWC and erstwhile related companies, it is speculation that an R/M is forthcoming.

All investments and trading are usually speculative on a forward looking event. The rise in pps does suggest that majority of investors think that the RM event will materialise. If one thinks the chances are less or minimal, do not buy.
