I'd expect them to need to raise $30m - $40m unless they get a partner for the phase 2 trials. Current cash is decent - but burn will go up into a full phase 2 trial - especially if they do it across multiple indications. I wouldn't bother buying a PIPE into a bad tape - it's better to just buy in the market when you have a weak sector and poor tape. I also wouldnt be interested for a while, but I am suprised at a COMPLETE RESPONSE and I would be interested in hearing more about that patient. Does complete response mean total tumor shrinkage? or are the standards different/easier for pancreatic cancer?
