I saw the CNN Report It was
Billy Nungesser who is the Pres. of Plaquemines Parish. He did mention that it was oil-separation equipment and that it was new. He was specifically speaking of the marshes that had been desimated and you are correct, he was to be there for the beginning run at 5:30 AM Sunday. He did not mention what the technology was. Did anyone see that report and do you have more info about it.

lets try to get some more info on this !!!!! to find out if its aclh or another company
