I also filed a similar complaint as I understand the SEC has irrefutable evidence the redundant NSS conspiracy posts were/are used in a manipulative manner to distract from the real issue which are/were the insider actions over the past 9 months.. most likely a concerted effort by EXPH mgmt and one message board poster..

this will all come out over the coming weeks, as I expect fireworks are about to begin in EXPH world..
