MON is selling a lot more VT Triple Pro than SmartStax to corn growers in the Southern US cotton belt and that indicates that they are cheating.

A grower might prefer VT Triple Pro because it’s cheaper than SmartStax*, so the relative sales of the two products is not evidence of refuge cheating.

You’re so close to the answer that I’ll give you one more crack at it, even though you said you were done. Hint: The answer is something MON itself is doing (or not doing).

*MON has to pay a royalty to DOW on SmartStax, but not on VT Triple Pro.
