okay,
if we had 15% of the outstanding shares request to inspect the books, under Nevada law they have to allow us to inspect their books, board members, etc and take copies if they are deficient in their SEC Filings. they would have 5 days to respond once we made the request and I believe they are deficent in their filings enough to allow us to inspect...
anyone game?
