New, I don't know what the float is. Also, I added back to the iBox the information that pinksheet states which is from 2008. It is very old information and I agree...the float definitely can't be 6B.

Since you are so clear as to what the float is, please feel free to share your calculations/breakdown with the Board.

On the other hand, the .003 minimum pricing guideline for the dividend is based upon the 75B A/S; therefore, I'm not obssessing about the float. That's just my view. In the last PR, it was made clear that, although the O/S was maxed to basically 75B, with the additional payment of debt, the pricing guideline is unaffected.

That is all that matters to me. NO LESS than .003!
