The pr didn't list the terms, it was in the 8K and I don't have to reread it, I already know what it says. The mine was not included in the collateral so no, this investor did not just buy the entire company as you claim. So you have no explanation for why you posted that this investor bought the entire company? So we should just assume you were wrong once again and ignore that post?
