I am liking this one for near term with both the new oil sand biz in Texas and the possible Stage 4 from BP - any PR spelling out specifics about either and I think this flies as it moves around so fast on pretty small volume...
Seems like the company is coming alive and WANTING to PR more - I can sense their newfound confidence and thus a bigger PR coming soon just like with OOAG recently...
