Ah I see, so it's some master plan by the investor to take control of the company in a year? You do realize that the 4 million in debt also comes with the company, right? And you do realize you can just buy a clean shell for 3-400K, right? So you're saying the investor wants to take control of the company? To do what? The only reason I can think of why this investor would want control of the company and its assets is because he did his due diligence on those assets and thinks they are worth alot of money. And that certainly wouldn't be bad for shareholders. So knowing the debt also comes with the company, maybe you can explain exactly why you think the investor wants the company.
