"I like it, but the truth is nothing substantiates this rise." You are correct and thus my idea of LBWR informed buying. It happens with every stock that someone affiliated in some way learns positive things before others...and it doesn't have to be inside information. It's often high-up management of client company having completed a deal with the company he/she is acquiring stock in.
