* Solomon Evaluation hits
* True sincere negotiation
= Reasonable Settlement

JPM and FDIC do not want to take the risk of Jury Trial for sure. There won't be a chance to drag on until Shareholders Meeting to change BOD, that they will lose control. Don't expect too much but Solution is on the Way !
