Of course it's the future appointment of an examiner coming soon to a courtroom near you and the fact that this is no longer a hopeless bk case. Weil was working on behalf of the creditors (JPM/FDIC) to save their butts and exit with their action covered-up and now they are being exposed for what they are and have been doing. This is leading to investor confidence rising and you are seeing that today.

I just got a letter/email from an investor who said "he and his friends doubled their positions because they read the transcript I wrote last night, this is huge because that transcript basically lays out how THJMW feels now and once a Judge's mind is made up and it is negative, you are screwed and do not get the benefit of the doubt. Judge Walrath has the gavel and the pen.. Simple as that.. Examiner is coming...
