You have a good point.

My problem is that Rosen continues to violate the code of ethics for attorneys and therefore make all of us look like crooks. I spent years on a Bar Grievance Committee and would have loved to get Rosen in my cross-hairs.

I have not sent a complaint in yet because I feel that Rosen will commit more ethics violations when he is further backed into another corner but I will file a complaint at some point down the road.
