Chiron... you have many great posts... I think however, that we should want to make sure Rosen STAYS with the case til the end...

He put himself and his client in the mess that he is in... a new team of attornies may be more like Susman... I would not want that to happen.

I say let Rosen continue to bury himself... believe me... he looked, many times yesterday... like his job is on the line and he was about to get fired!

My vote... leave Rosen alone and let him crash and burn!!!!!!
