Once again....send in your FACTUAL complaints to the Mass and NY Bar Associations about Weil and Rosen.

Don't just send in a complaint that he is a weasel, snake, etc, just plain facts showing his conflict of interest, statements he makes in Court...like when he stated we didn't need an EC because he was representing equity while yesterday in Court he stated that equity was his adversary and no sharing of his work product, which the Judge jumped on him about.

There are numerous things that he has done that most of you can think of...covering up criminal activity of the BOD...Bankruptcy Fraud by concealing assets....lying to the Court....failure to actively pursue discovery....not maximizing the value of the estate, etc, etc

If they get enough complaints with actual facts in them those Bar Associations might take action.
