Why would IFSL go through the time and expense of Auditing their financials and becoming a reporting company just to turn around and go private?

Not even close to a reality.

Don’t gamble; take all your savings and buy some good stock and hold it till it goes up, then sell it. If it don’t go up, don’t buy it.
