There may be no company to defend.....Could be the reason there is never any communication from them, nobody's home , the office is empty and the lights are off. Who would ever know?? How would anyone know??? It could take a couple of years before the people buying stock in a company{ that isn't there } ever found out. Lots of shares could be sold in the mean time and some pretty good change could be made by someone who had millions of free shares to bleed off until everyone finally gave up hope and quit buying.
