lillian, the person at BioConvergence, who shared space with IsleChem and used to be at OXY with them, invested early and introduced JBI and IsleChem. That is documented.

There have been assertions that IsleChem people also invested. I think that might be more a matter of insider trading ethics than of calling the report into question but to each their own assessment.
